Mallory previously contributed to ScreenRant, a Valent Inc. website, as a Western & Eastern Media Features Writer covering the latest in entertainment news, exploring both new and classic anime and manga, diving deep into story/character analysis, and examining the influence of Japanese culture in anime and the American entertainment industry.

Instruction from university-level

courses and intensives from industry professionals included topics such as fundamentals of screenwriting, interpreting media from a theological/philosophical perspective, and character development. She specializes in, and currently teaches, beat sheets, story development, and crafting dialogue.

Finally, her original screenplay, 

Chiaroscuro: Into the Dark, was selected out of 3000+ applicants as a semi-finalist in the international screenplay competition: Scriptapalooza, and is currently being promoted to agents, producers, and managers across North America.

Master's Thesis

Mallory graduated with her Master of Arts degree is Music Education from Liberty University. Her master's thesis, "A Qualitative Study and Comparative Analysis of Japanese and American Music Education Methodologies and Philosophies" investigated the differences that studies have yet to explore between Japanese and American music education methodologies in terms of teaching music literacy through foundational keyboard skills, world music incorporation, repertoire, and life enrichment philosophies. It is currently available for download on Liberty University's Scholars' Crossing and ProQuest
